Rage Therapy

Rage Therapy are a hard rock / grunge band based in West Sussex and formed in November 2024. Their sound consists of heavily overdriven guitar, melodic harmonies, emotional energy, and lyrics focussing mainly on relationship and mental health issues. They are fronted by by vocalist/ lead guitarist Toby Seymour. The rest of the band consist of Dan Skelton on rhythm/ co-lead guitar, Olly Wadey on Bass & Liam Wicks on Drums.

Their debut single ‘I Know You’ was released in May 2025 and draws inspiration from some of their main influences, which include Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Kyuss & The Stooges. Their debut EP ‘You’ll Find A Way’ was also released in May 2025 and contains our other released original ‘No Returns’, which has some metal influence.
