Banks joined forces with celebrated UK bassist Nick Plews, whose multi-genre expertise and industry clout spanned four decades. With five #1 iTunes performances and “UK Country Band & Single of the Year” honours two years running, Plews was instrumental in assembling an elite line-up of British musicians who became known as Ridge Banks & The Wall of Sound.
That summer, fans across the UK experienced Ridge’s signature “rugged acoustic” sound live, fronting a powerhouse band featuring Mark Haynes (drums), Harris Nixon (electric guitar) & Sean Clutterham (harmonica).
